QualBoard 4 is a 100% browser based experience for both moderators and participants. The supported browsers for QualBoard 4 are Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Device wise, users need a device that can support the most up-to-date versions of any of our supported browsers. Virtual workstations aren't officially supported, especially when using them for Video Interviews.
For moderators and observers, the mobile experience is not officially supported, and they will need to use a desktop.
For participants, the mobile experience is optimized and they can fully participate from their mobile browser. The only QualBoard 4 features that are desktop only are our Video Interviews and QualLaborate markup so that participants can fully see what they are marking up and accurately place marks.
