Using Query AI

Query AI can be found under the AI Analytics tab. When making a Query AI, you will select questions and video transcripts you want included in the dataset. After you select your data, you will be prompted to ask it a question. To begin, click the “Create” button.

First, you need to select your AI Analysis Type. Select “Query AI” to continue.

Give your AI Analysis a title. You also need to make sure the correct language selected. To create a Query AI Analysis, all content needs to be in the same language.

Next, you will select any questions you want to be included. You can select Text, Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, Matrix Multiple Choice, Matrix Multiple Answer, Drag and Drop questions. Once you have selected the questions you want to include click “Next”.

Select the videos you want to include in your Query AI. You can select QualMeeting videos and participant uploaded videos. Use the filter icon to filter by type of video, group tag, or participant name.

Type in the question you’d like to ask your data. After creating the analysis, you will have the opportunity to ask additional questions. After you’ve typed in your question, click “Create Analysis”

After you create your analysis, the Query AI will open. You will have to wait for it to finish generating. If you want to ask a second question, you can with the “Ask Question” button.

Once your Query AI is available, you’ll see it displayed on the right side of the screen. You can copy the results or download them.

If you include any quantitative data in the data set and it is related to the question you ask, you will see this Supporting Questions tab. There, you will see the questions that support the answer to the question you asked. You'll see a summary of the chart and the original question with the chart below it.
