If Firefox prompts you to "Allow" your camera and microphone, click "Allow".

If the message doesn't automatically appear or you clicked don't allow, you can click the small camera and microphone icons to allow access.

Click the "X" next to "Blocked Temporarily" to enable permissions for your camera and microphone. You should now be able to join the video interview!
