When looking at the responses to Text questions on the Responses tab, you'll see the Summarize All Responses button. To create a summary of all of the responses to the question, click "Summarize All Responses".
You're well on your way! Click Next for the next step.

After you click, "Summarize All Responses" you will see the summary begin to generate. Once it finishes, the summary will appear.

A preview of the summary will appear. In order to see the full summary, click "View more".

You will be able to download the summary or copy it to your clipboard. If new responses come in, you can regenerate the summary to include new responses.

If you want to see the previous versions of the summaries, you can view them by clicking on the dropdown in the top right corner.
