Machine Transcriptions
In QualBoard 4, all media from the supported languages below are automatically sent off for machine transcription. All machine transcriptions can be viewed in the UI and individually downloaded in a variety of formats (docx, txt, vtt, srt).

Human transcriptions
Timestamped human transcriptions are also available to be ordered in English. They are ordered directly from the UI and will allow you to take advantage of all of the same abilities to highlight the transcriptions to make insight clips of your videos. Additionally, they can be downloaded in the same formats as machine transcriptions (docx, txt, vtt, and srt).
